Working in a small group setting, our Semi Private package is designed to build purpose into your training. Instead of feeling like you’re randomly lifting weights and going nowhere, we’ll get you aiming exactly for where you want to be.

- Individualised program designed for you. We’ll update it every 4-5 weeks to keep you tracking towards your goals.
