We work with each of our online ladies to ensure they are slamming sets as hard as we do here in Melbourne.
Our Online Strength coaching package is for every woman who wants to explore strength training further. Whether you’re just starting your strength journey or looking to hit the platform this year, this fully customisable service has you covered.

Our program is highly customised to suit your goals, body type and lifestyle. They run in one-month blocks with an initial term of two months. Because we know it takes time to establish new, healthier habits and ditch the old ones.
We’ve combined our signature training styles with a decade of exploration and education. So you gain maximum value, no matter where you are!
Online Strength Coaching
Get the support of an experienced Australian strength coach to lead you through our signature training. Ideal for women who want to go after a particular strength goal, improve their lifting style or focus on building overall muscle tone.
- A personalised program designed to suit your goals, body and lifestyle. Updated every 4-6 weeks to keep you tracking towards your target.
- Weekly video feedback provided by your coach. (We make sure it’s easy to understand and follow.)
- Access to our VIP Online Membership site. Created for women who lift, this is our comprehensive online platform. Includes an exercise library, mindset work and how to work through common challenges in lifting.
- Monthly Online Workshops are available to all our online gals. They’re your space to ask questions, share struggles and get advice from our dedicated team.
Online Strength Coaching is $319.0 / month.
Conducted in 1 calendar month blocks with an initial minimum term of 2 months.

Nope, we work with ladies that have never trained before right up to competitive athletes.
Nope, we work with whatever access you have to fitness equipment, whether that’s a couple of resistance bands at home or a fully equipped gym. We tailor your coaching to match wherever you are in your health and fitness journey.
Our programs are designed for you to train solo and submit videos for feedback. This allows the most flexibility because you don’t have to train when your coach is available. If you would like 1-1 sessions via Zoom, please contact us at email@example.com.
It varies depending on your goals, how often you feel you need support and the training plan we design for you. Some gals only need three sessions per week, others need five. Every week your coach delivers 20-30 minutes of extensive video and audio plus you’ll have regular contact outside of this for optimal support.
No, not everything. Your coach will let you know what she needs to see. It can be confronting to film yourself in a gym, so our job is to make it as smooth and comfortable for you as possible.
