Our Learn to Lift 4 Week Training Program will have you gaining clarity and confidence with your lifting to know that you are safe in the gym.
Over your 4 Week Program, you will work closely with your Coach to learn and understand the safest and most efficient technique going forward. Lifting weights is much more than how much you can add from week to week. We will educate and guide you as you gain an understanding on the many moving parts of getting strong.
Alongside your Lifestyle Reboot you will initially complete your ‘Movement Analysis’ which will allow your Coach to construct a Personalised Program specific to you.
Over the time you spend with us, you will have full access to our extra services to accelerate your growth:
Conditioning sessions (three time options available)
Weekly yoga Friday nights
