Over our four weeks together, you’ll learn and understand the safest and most efficient techniques. Lifting weights isn’t just about adding more kilos every week. Our coaches guide you the whole way, educating you about all the factors of getting strong.
First, we’ll do a Movement Analysis for you. This allows your coach to construct a personalised program specific to your body’s needs and your goals. We also work through a lifestyle reboot to make sticking with your training plan so much easier.
How it works:
From initial assessment to launching you towards your goals, you’ll get everything you need for weight lifting success.
Week 1: Reboot
