Navigating through a world that encourages women to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, while attempting to navigate through an industry that plays on the insecurities and exploitation of women, can be a complete shit storm. The flow on effect is not just limited to our physical strength. Our self esteem, confidence as a woman and ability to lead all take a major hit. This can affect everything from our close relationships at home to our performance at work.
Without the proper management tools, the ability to make critical decisions in our lives, can often feel like an uphill battle. This not only impacts those we love, but how much we love ourselves too. Every woman on earth deserves to love what she sees in the mirror. Unfortunately, from our experience of dealing with hundreds of women each year, this is far from the truth (and only getting worse).
Obsessing over that number on the scales, constant negative self talk, endless yo yo dieting (as well as the ongoing aftermath that follows) is a cycle that many women get trapped in for their whole life. “Dieting” and the negative effects on the body and mind are all they know. While we still have our days, the difference now is we too have times of self doubt and low confidence, we now have the tools in place to better deal with these situations and pull ourselves out. We no longer train to punish our bodies or eat to become smaller. We now have the ability to use our personal strength to unlock our goals in a way that keeps both our head, and our heart happy. Yes it is possible to achieve your goal body composition in a way that allows you to truly celebrate your physical capabilities – without destroying everything around you in the process.
Hosted at one of Australia’s only female performance centres, The Barbell Babes Brigade Headquarters, in Heidelberg West, Melbourne, you will have the opportunity to spend a full weekend of learning the exact methods we use to be able to achieve life changing results with our women, while also surrounding yourself with a powerful team of growth minded ladies all looking to have a major impact within our industry.

Module 1: Values & Mindset
Values determine the decisions we make and how we choose to live. Goals that are congruent with our values will have a much higher chance of success
- Determining your unique values system and understanding the significance of these towards our goals
- Uncover unconscious behaviour patterns to find out exactly what success looks like for you (along with a guide to help you implement it immediately)
- Learn the tools required to identify where you are not taking responsibility (and how to own it)

Module 2: Training & Programming
You lift weight but your not seeing the fruits of your labour
- Understand how to maximise your results – both inside and outside the gym

Module 3: Nutrition
Cut through the noise and cement an approach to your nutrition, giving your clients maximum results, without compromising a healthy physical or mental state
- Proven strategies on how to free the mind from a self imposed prison of continuously tracking everything
- Discover the simple science behind sustainable fat loss (and why how it’s different to weight loss) and what happens when you get it right
- Understanding the cycle of calorie obsession vs calorie awareness (and how to use this to empower your clients to get away from macro counting)
- The dangers of intuitive eating and how to use it correctly
Module 4: Personal Power & Confidence
In this module, we look to understand why women struggle with confidence and how we can all play our part
- The little known “science” behind confidence that directly impacts women
- How to identify (and own) the negative language patterns you are using (and how to reframe them)
- Be able to identify the 5 most common “Confidence Killers” affecting women’s lives and what to do about it
Private Coaches Group
You will have the ability to ask questions and cement the learnings from JUST STRONG inside a safe and private environment for six weeks following the camp. Becoming stronger isn’t just about asking questions, but also about sharing your experiences and helping others grow too.
Barbell Babes Brigade Systems Toolkit
You will have full access to our most valuable checklists, programming, and client specific documents built up over literally years of successfully coaching hundreds of women. These will be available for you to use with your own training and those of your own clients.
