Join the babes in our Brigade group strength training and start lifting weights with our signature strength training system. Built from years of working with women of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds, our system is supportive challenging and fun.
Training designed for your comfort and abilities
Have you always wanted to pursue strength training but never felt comfortable about doing it? Then this package is for you! Incorporating the core fundamentals of strength and conditioning with our own BBB sass, you’ll love our training style.
Our hybrid strength training system allows you to get physically stronger while also achieving body composition results. The Brigade provides you with progressive programming to create structure in your training and gain results. In a small group environment, you’ll gain support and encouragement as you train alongside like-minded women chasing their own goals.
The Brigade group training package
Along with having an absolute blast in the gym with the coaches and other babes, you’ll get these too:
- 3 x Strength sessions per week
- Each training block runs for four weeks. Choose from either the ‘Build’ or ‘Base’ for each block of programming:
- Base program is strength focussed. Best for working on your movement patterns. It’s also ideal if you want to focus on increasing your work capacity to support body composition goals like fat loss.
- Build program is an increase in intensity and strength focussed. Best for taking your foundation work from the base block and loading your movements to get stronger. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and push your results further.
- Access to unlimited conditioning sessions. (That’s right, unlimited!)
- Measurements every six weeks
- Access to our VIP resources to maximise your results. This is our comprehensive online platform which includes an exercise library, mindset work and how to work through common challenges in weight lifting.
