Created for every woman who wants to do strength training, you’ll gain the benefit of a fully customisable program combined with a fun group setting. Whether you’re looking to rehab your body, focus on clear strength goals or have a specific event you want to feel fabulous for, we’ll get you there. This package provides regular check points with your coach to ensure your program is specific to you.
Brigade 2.0 Training Package
Working in a small group setting, our Brigade package is designed to build purpose into your training. Instead of feeling like you’re randomly lifting weights and going nowhere, we’ll get you aiming exactly for where you want to be.

- 3x strength sessions per week designed specifically for your body type and your lifting targets.
- Individualised program designed for you. We’ll update it every 4-5 weeks to keep you tracking towards your goals.
- Measurements every four weeks (if relevant)
- Access to unlimited Conditioning sessions. (That’s right, unlimited!)
- Nutritional guidance and support to help you work towards optimal health.

- Access to our VIP resources to maximise your results. This is our comprehensive online platform which includes an exercise library, mindset work and how to work through common challenges in lifting.
Brigade 2.0 is $1497.0 upfront for the full 12 week package. We also have Instalment options available.

Nope, we work with ladies that have never trained before right up to competitive athletes. Every program is designed to meet you and your needs. Whether you’re new to lifting or have PB’s under your belt, our Brigade program will help you to progress no matter where you’re at.
Our Brigade program means that you don’t need to do any sessions outside your dedicated times. Alongside access to 2x conditioning sessions, this program has you covered. If you would also like swipe tag access added to your program, please ask your coach or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Brigade is our signature small group program! We love having the best of both worlds, customised training alongside the gals. The maximum number of ladies you will see in these groups is 6. We believe it’s important
Our programs are designed for you to train solo and submit videos for feedback. This allows the most flexibility because you don’t have to train when your coach is available. If you would like 1-1 sessions via Zoom or in person, please contact us at email@example.com.
It varies depending on your goals, how often you feel you need support and the training plan we design for you. Some gals only need three sessions per week, others need five. Every week your coach delivers 20-30 minutes of extensive video and audio plus you’ll have regular contact outside of this for optimal support.
