With the recent announcements from the Victorian Premier, June 22nd may see HQ opening her doors and welcome our beautiful ladies back home.
By that date it would have been 13 weeks since we said goodbye in person and moved all our training online to stay home and help stop the spread.
As we prepare for reopening our doors, we encourage you to do so also.
Safety, hygiene, distancing, equipment, we got that covered. Sani stations, appointment only facility, additional group times available, floor space freed up…we are all over it!
Rona has been a ride to say the least. She has tested us in so many ways. Some golden reflections for many and some equally crap moments alongside that.
A lot of life has gone down over the past 11 weeks, let’s lean in and see what we can take from this time (and disregard the shit bits!).
For our community, we have seen some wicked stuff go down.
We have seen attendance absolutely shining despite a massive disruption to training
We have seen an increase in stability in so many movements
We have heard of glutes finally feeling like they are coming to the party
We have seen so many of our ladies learning to accept and pivot in training sessions depending on what they needed at that time
Grab your journal (or open up notes on your phone if that’s your jam):
1. I am proud of…
2. I would like to keep these things going post Rona:
3. I’m ready for these things to die post Rona:
4. I am ready to…
As we head back into HQ we will be reassessing where we are at and what feels best next.
Everyone is different and what is next will be specific to you.
Take some to reflect x
