
We just wanted to shine some light on the OG’s of BBB. These women have carved the way for so many Queens who now lift with us at BBB (and also others that are further away!).
The following ladies have been with us since HQ opened its doors in 2017 and many have been training with Coach Ro prior to HQ days.

These ladies have been with us for coming up to 3 years and more.

These women are the reason we opened HQ and they have very much been the pioneer for our community. Showing women that strength is within all of us and we can unleash it in whatever way we want!

These ladies all came to me originally for different reasons:
Rehab of previous injuries
Look to gain some consistency in some form of training
Look to reignite a spark they once had with exercise
Pull themselves back from some hard life challenges
Start something new
And start something new & exciting for all of us they did!

Fun facts for these Queens:
Of the 9 of them, 6 of them couldn’t squat an empty bar when we met them.
Of the 9 of them, only 1 of them was even remotely interested in competing, now 6 of them have stepped onto the platform.
All of them have tested themselves physically with numbers that have shocked and surprised themselves.
All of these ladies have participated in our Lifting Parties.

We have loved being a part of the lives of all of our ladies not only in a training capacity.
We have seen some huge life PB’s crushed over the years.
To see y’all live your lives, hit the highs and travel through the lows to come out on the other side, you all don’t know how many you inspire.
