You will always have deadlines.
You will always have bills to pay and things to buy.
You will always have things to do and people to see.
Work will always be busy and uni will always have assignments to complete.
These shouldn’t be the reasons why you say no. These don’t have to hold you back in the pursuit of your goals.

When we often meet ladies for the first time, statements similar to the above are not uncommon.
We see women waiting for the “right time”. We hear from women waiting
until something in their life changes for them to put themselves first.
We see women waiting for the PERFECT TIME.
Waiting for the “perfect time for them” to put themselves first.
Culturally we can hear about perfectionism as a positive. We
may think that it can help us to work hard and produce results to a high
standard. We may think that it helps to fuel our actions to be the best
we can be.
The reality is that our obsession with striving for flawless, perfect results can and does hold us back.
The curse of Perfectionism may appear in your life:
You set unrealistic expectations on yourself.
You have to go all in, in order to want to start.
You have trouble moving onto a new task, project or goal before finishing off the last.
You may often avoid projects or goals where you can see you might not be the best.

Life is never going to have all areas of our lives tidy, organised or stress free.
Life is not perfect.
We are not perfect.
When we start to work with our ladies to bust through these barriers,
the results that they have been searching for often come more easily
than they think.
They break through strength plateaus.
They begin to release weight that has been troubling them for years.
They light up PB after PB and actually have a good time training.
We need to stop searching for the “perfect” or the “right” time.
It will never come and you will spend all of your time searching.
Now is the right time.
Now is your time.
To be everything you’ve wanted to be.
To stop being a spectator to your own life.
To take action!
