The pull to engage in behaviours like this can be alluring and powerful. Many of us have been there before. You don’t have to jump down that rabbit hole and get lost in a world where it can feel like there may be no coming back.

Book in your training sessions just like you would an appointment. Your health and fitness is as much a priority as your next hair appointment. Results come from consistency. Consistently showing up and putting in time and effort.
