As we say farewell to 2018 and get ready to welcome the new year I wanted to take the time to send you all a little message of love and thanks.
With a sense of reflection humming in the air, I too have been thinking and reflecting on the year that was and what we achieved together as a community.
HQ was a central point for so many great things this year.

At various times we saw many of our ladies making steps towards taking responsibility in their lives. To regain control, happiness and self worth. Changing careers, ending relationships, recognising and respecting stress, reaching out for help and support.
As a team we were alongside many of our ladies as they owned and tackled many obstacles holding them back from their health and fitness goals. By tackling these things together, we have seen so many of our women move forward from strength to strength.
Achieving numbers under the bar that they never imagined possible.
Reaching body composition goals in a way that they never thought possible.
Displaying consistency within their training that has allowed consistent results all year round.

Strength training is not only our catalyst for growth.
It is our catalyst for growth, change, direction, realisation and happiness.
It is the constant in our lives that centres us when life throws us curveballs.
This has been the aspect of my year that I have loved to watch unfold.
The days where we wake up and have to drag ourselves out of bed.
When we are under the pump, wanting to burst into tears.
Regardless of what may have been going on, we have seen each and every one of our ladies invest in themselves.
Show up to training.
Show up to the tough conversations.
Show up in life.
The more I dive into coaching the more I realise that strength is not
about where we are or what we feel like when we are on top.
Strength is our ability to rise when we fall.
To have the resilience, passion and courage to get back up when we are down.

As
we head into 2019, I want to thank you for being with us this year. For
being a pivotal part of our community that inspires other strong women
near and far.
Thank you for putting trust in us to help guide you in any way we can.
And from the deepest depths of my heart, thank you for being the
continued force that drives me. That drives our team to be and do what
we can for you.
Here’s to another year of celebrating all that we are and all that we do.
Much love x
