
Food is an important component of any health & fitness goal. However, it looks entirely different from person to person.
Food for many can be so much more than just portion sizes and food selection. When it comes to our own food story, it can be deeply personal. We believe this is something to truly respect and navigate accordingly.
Whatever our goals are and the underlying reasons why we choose to train, how we nourish our bodies is a pivotal conversation to explore or respectfully step out of depending on each of our girls.
Food is not just fuel. Boo. What a shitty statement honestly.
It’s more than just targets and trackable measures.
How we nourish our bodies is never a one size fits approach.
And because of this, we have a number of incredible resources available to all our ladies.
Resources like:
– Macronutrients and supporting my goals
– What is in the food that I’m eating
– Different approaches that may be of consideration
– Cut the confusion: no nonsense nutrition information
Food talk can occupy our heads and often feel quite confusing (and sometimes overwhelming).
A nice, gentle place to start can look like learning some base level nutrition skills along with understanding the goals they are after and what may be of consideration.

And we ain’t talking about launching yourself straight into knowing how many calories are in absolutely everything.
