We have an exciting update to one of our core programs which means it is more specific to you and your goals.
Our Brigade program incorporates our signature training systems built from years of working with ladies of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds. After running this program for the past few years, we will now see a big change that will allow our ladies to zero in on their goals even more.
We now have two different phases to choose from within this program:
Your Base program will have you focusing on implementing correct movement patterns by practicing precise movements through high repetition work. You will work through phases of 4-5 weeks that include movements to give you the best bang for your buck with your training.
This program is ideal for someone that wants to build lean muscle to support body composition goals. This program will also allow you to focus on perfecting your technique on all major movement patterns. You can expect this program to challenge your muscles and your heart!
Your Build program allows you to have the choice to increase your strength through appropriate loading. This is an extension from your Base program and is ideal for someone that wants to start challenging herself with what she is lifting. Your Build phase will have you training lower rep ranges at times to give you the opportunity to push your limits!
You can choose to cycle to and from Base and Build programs depending on how you are tracking with your goals.
You may want to focus on making sure your Base level technique patterns are correct. You start with your first phase doing BASE. After 4 weeks you want to continue to focus on implementing these patterns and push yourself a little more with higher rep work with minimal loading on your bar. You choose another BASE phase of 4 weeks and then transition into a BUILD phase to increase the weight on the bar safely and appropriately.
If you are currently training at least 2-3x per week and are not really as far along with your results as you were expecting – let’s turn that around!
Our updated Brigade program starts in only a few weeks (May 13th). We have times that start at 6:30am up until our last group session at 7:30pm.
