
All our equipment is coming back at HQ, sanitation stations are stocked, a new warm up area has been carved out upstairs and lots of little pink crosses on the floor look like we are going to play twister amongst our sets…
We finally get to come home!
A few things to note as we all return back to HQ and try to regain some normality again…
You will have lost strength.
Some movements might feel foreign again.
You might get sore from what you see as simple movements.
Weight that might have been an easy warm up before may feel heavy.
You might feel disheartened by your loss in strength.
It will be ok.
We can and will rebuild your strength in due course.

An important point to remember, you can’t come back in and do the same things you did when we left HQ.
Your body needs an appropriate reload.
Just like getting ready for a Lifting Party. We don’t lift at 50% load one week and then hit a PB the week after……
This is no different.
You will be loaded in an appropriate structure that is safe and optimal for you.
We start small and build from there!
