- A completely customised program designed for you. This will be updated every 4-6 weeks to keep you tracking towards your goals.
- Weekly video feedback provided by your coach in a way that actually makes sense.
- Access to our VIP Online Membership site. This is our comprehensive online platform which includes an exercise library, mindset work and how to work through common challenges in lifting. Created for women who lift.
- Monthly Online Workshops are available to all our online gals to open up questions, struggles and advice with our dedicated team.
- An approach to your nutrition created alongside your Nutritionist
- Quantitative and Qualitative Nutrition Education
- Macro support, feedback and coaching
- Macronutrient targets specific to your goals (if applicable)

All Online Coaching packages are conducted in 1 calender month blocks with an initial minimum term of 2 months.
