Our Semi Private Training Package is for our ladies wanting to take their training to the next level. With customised programming, our ladies train up to 4x per week working on goals that are specific and unique to them.  Most suitable for clients who have specific goals related to strength and body composition and/or have specific needs due to injury. 

This package includes 3x 60 minute strength sessions along with a complimentary Group Conditioning session.

12 Week Package Inclusions

All our training packages are conducted over 12 week packages.

Training: Up to 3x Strength sessions per week
Conditioning: 1x complimentary Saturday morning session
Programming: Customised
Body composition testing: Week 1, Week 6 and Week 12
Up to 5x ladies per group
