For the woman that wants to accelerate her results her attitude and her lifestyle. This package is a fully individualised program that is designed to incorporate the core fundamentals for proven success:
- Rest and Recovery
Over this 12 Week Package, you and your Coach will work closely to address current barriers in your life that are preventing you from reaching your full potential. Whether you are wanting to step on the platform and compete in Powerlifting or have been struggling to lose weight for many years, the communication and relationship you develop with your Coach will be the cornerstone to your success. With the help of your Coach, you will construct a plan for success to determine the frequency of training recommended to achieve your goals.
Training: 1-3x private sessions per week
Conditioning: 1x complimentary Saturday morning session
Programming: client specific
Body composition testing: every 4 weeks
Performance/mobility testing (client specific): every 4 weeks
*Please keep in mind that this program involves close contact with your Coach in order to achieve accelerated results. You will have the ongoing support and and guidance every step of the way.
