Training up to 3x sessions per week our BRIGADE Package is suitable for ladies who want to achieve the following things;

  • Increase overall strength
  • Reduce body fat 
  • Lose weight
  • Create optimal movement patterns
  • Learn the basics of strength training 

This package includes 2x 60 minute strength sessions along with a complimentary Group Conditioning session.

Our Brigade package incorporates Barbell Babes Brigade systems that have proven time and time again to produce ongoing results.

This system involves the following three frameworks:

  1. Practice: create a framework for optimal movement 
  2. Performance: incorporate progressive overload
  3. Peak: increase overall work load and achieve personal bests

All our training packages are conducted over 12 week packages.

Training: 2x Strength sessions
Conditioning: 1x complimentary Saturday morning session
Programming: Group
Body composition testing: Week 1 and Week 12
Up to 8x ladies per group
