Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 cup ground oats (blitz in food processor)
1/2 cup wholemeal flour
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash of vanilla essence
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Heat pan and spray a light layer of oil.  If your mixture is too thick add small amounts of water until you get desired consistency.  Mixture too thin, add more protein powder.  Spoon mixture onto pan to, wait for that bubble then flip!

Top with sliced banana, blueberries and a drizzle of honey!
