How to get out of that Slump!

On the back of Blog 3, I had a hot shower and decided what I was going to do tomorrow to ensure I was back on track to continue to work towards my goals! I actually came full circle from being in a state of complete “ugh, why bother?!” to a renewed sense of hunger and renewed energy! This got me thinking of things we can do to ensure we stay motivated and on track towards our goals.
